Cushion - re work

I've made yet another cushion - but was unhappy about the back, although I did set a zip in, the heavy cotton just didn't look right, so it languished in my sewing room. When I saw some rather plush 'chenille' (although I thought it was always called candlewick) fabric at the FOQ, I thought it would be good for a cushion back, so I unpicked the zip - what a thrifty gal eh? I cut the chenille in half and put the zip in. Sewed the front on, et voila!

I am thrilled* to bits with this cushion now - but will have to order more chenille to make any more cushion backs.....

* I need to get out more don't I?
